Description

Human serum albumin is the most abundant protein in human plasma. It can transport hormones, lipds and other molecules and maintain osmotic pressure. Animal free rHSA is a recombinant human serum derived from rice grains, and doesn't contain any animal component, which is much safer than plasma derived HSA.

In the research of protein purification, our technology has been patented by the US Patent and Trademark Office on May 15th 2015. "A method for isolating and purifying recombinant human serum albumin from transgenic rice grain". The patent number is US9, 023,990. Now, our rHSA purity can be higher than 99%.

Endotoxin is a gram-negative bacterium in the cell wall of a component known as lipopolysaccharide. Lipopolysaccharide is toxic to the host. These toxic reactions mainly perform fever reaction, leukocyte reaction and endotoxin shock. Endotoxin is not a protein, so it is very heat-resistant. Its structure won't be broken down by heating at 100 ° C for 1 hour. Only in very special condition, by heating at 160 ° C for 2 to 4 hours or by boiling with strong alkali, strong acid or strong oxidizing agent for 30 minutes,it can be destroyed.
