Description
Recombinant human serum albumin (abbreviated as rHAS) is widely used as excipient and stabilizer because of its non-enzymatic activity and non-immunogenicity. In addition, it is also used in pharmaceutical excipients because of its anti-oxidation. The excipient can be used as a carrier in a pharmaceutical formulation which facilitates the formulation of the formulation and has the effect of increasing the stability of the drug, altering the absorption of the drug, increasing the bioavailability, controlling the drug release rate and release site and increasing acceptability. The half-life of rHSA is as long as 19 days, which can lengthen the half-life of the drug, pharmaceuticals or vaccine and maintain their activity and stability.
Advantages
1. The chairman of Healthgen Biotech Professor Daichang.Yang is one of China's chief scientists. Professor Yang has rechieved the “Thousand Talents program” of the National Central Organization Department, "Hundred Talents Program" of the Organization Department of Hubei Province and Top 10 "Venture Eagle" entrepreneurs.
With years of effort, Healthgen Biotech has developed the State-of-the-Art platform called OryzHiExp, having high capacity to express no animal origin proteins and peptides in the rice endosperm cells.
2. Healthgen Biotech quality control systerm has been certified by ISO 9001:2015 and ensure standardized process as well as qualified products.
3. Healthgen Biotech recombinant human serum albumin(OsrHSA) is free of animal origin, which effectively avoid any potential risk of animal bacteria, prions, virus and contagious protein disease.
